Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original box with all Epigram tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
