  • Puan Sri Dr Rohana Zubir graduated from the University of Singapore in 1964. Having taught a few years in secondary schools in Singapore and Malaysia, she pursued a Diploma in Education and a Masters in Education at the University of Malaya and was a lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Universiti Malaya for a number of years before she left to pursue a Ph.D. at the University of Surrey, U.K. On her return she resumed her work as lecturer at the Faculty. She was an Associate Professor and Deputy Dean before her optional retirement in 1992.
