Pippa ChorleyĀ grew up in a picturesque village in āØEngland surrounded by sheep. Trained as a primary school teacher, she loves to write stories that make children giggle and think outside the box. Pippa has āØa passion for writing in rhyme, not only because it is āØgreat fun, but also because she knows that rhyme is āØan essential part of childrenās reading development. āØThis is the first of three rhyming story books written by Pippa about the adventurous little girl Sam who loves āØto solve problems! Pippa now lives in sunny Singapore āØwith her husband and their very own flock.
David Liew has been drawing since he was able to hold a pencil. As an illustrator, David has worked on many childrenās storybook series, including the Plano Adventures, Ellie Belly and The Adventures of Squirky the Alien. His most recent work is a non-fiction illustrated series, Change Makers: Invisible Enemies with author, Hwee Goh.
When David is not creating worlds with his art, he is building them in the form of miniature landscapes and tabletop displays. He is the Regional Advisor for the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) in Singapore.
